DELMAR -- Wallace H. Horowitz, 62, of Lansing Drive, died Thursday, November 27, 1997 at his residence. Mr. Wallace was born in the Bronx and has resided in Delmar since his retirement as an elementary school teacher for the Nyack School District in 1990. He was a teacher for 30 years and was currently tutoring elementary school children at the Learning Center in Albany.
