LAKE GEORGE -- A trapeze artist broke both her legs Tuesday when she fell about 20 feet during a performance of the circus at the Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdome theme park, officials said.
Jodie Urias, 27, was performing a solo act during the 4:30 p.m. show. She was attempting a trick known as a ``knee catch'' when she missed the bar and fell about 20 feet. During the fall, she managed to twist around so she landed on her feet. Park officials said she did not lose consciousness.
