NSW: Suspicious package found on train at Kirrawee
SYDNEY, Aug 31 AAP - A suspicious package found on a train at Kirrawee, in southern
Sydney, disrupted the Cityrail train network this morning.
A Cityrail spokesman said a package had been found on the city-bound train about 8.20am.
"There was a package. It looked suspicious," he said.
"What followed then was Olympic protocol for these things."
Services on the line were disrupted until 10.44 when the spokesman said they returned to normal.
