Qld: Police seal off part of Coolangatta CBD to find armed man=2
Witnesses said they saw police chasing a man into the Showcase Retail Complex, a retail
and motel business, before a state of emergency was declared.
They later blocked off streets surrounding the complex.
The Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) was still at the scene.
